Today we have the seven foot lengths, but there are different lengths available for those other applications. Just see etrailer.These bunk boards are going to be a great replacement for those factory bunk boards that you might have on a trailer, whether it be an older trailer, or a newer trailer that's left outside. It's going to give you that nice soft carpeted texture to be able to go up against your boat so you don't scratch it.The carpet is going to be a marine gray carpet, so it's going to easily wash off and dry quickly. more

Today we're going to take a look at the CE Smith 11-inch long galvanized steel bolster and swivel bracket assemblies for roller bunks, for a quantity of four. Now these bolster and swivel bracket assemblies will let you mount a roller bunk onto your boat trailer.The bracket assemblies are typically mounted upright on your boat trailer's cross members, and they allow a mounted roller bunk which is run from the front of the trailer to the back to pivot while you're loading a boat.The swivel brackets right here on top will let you tilt the roller bunk, and it helps you fit the boat hull snugly onto the trailer during your loading process. You can see it includes the bolt and the locknut for attaching the swivel bracket to the bolster bracket. And the swivel back bracket end is going to bolt to your roller bunk, and the bolster bracket attaches to your trailer frame cross members.You can see it has two long mounting slots on the bracket to allow as much as three and three quarter inches of height adjustment during installation. Basically this bracket installs vertically on your boat trailer's frame with a U-bolt. Now, the U-bolt is not included. more

Now, these Guide-Ons are going to assist you with lining up your pontoon boat correctly when you're loading it up on your trailer at the end of your day on the water.Now, what's nice about these is that as opposed to the longer ones, which sit outside, and you just pull your entire boat up in between them, these are more low profile. When you submerge your trailer completely, these are going to stick up out of the water so as you're coming up, you just make sure you line it up to where each inside part of the pontoon boat is going to go right past them and then line it up correctly.Like I said, these are more low profile. The support posts themselves will clamp onto either the top or the bottom of your trailer frame with these included mounting brackets and U-bolts and the U-bolts can be installed one of two ways.You can install them straight across just like this or you can install them crossed. Now these guide-ons are designed, you'll see them on a lot of trailers, lot of different boat trailers, but these are designed specifically for pontoons, and they're to help the negative effects that we get when we load a boat trailer up. Basically if we have any kind of crosswind, or any kind of current, it's hard to keep your boat going nice and straight, and right up on the trailer where you want it.Basically we're going to mount these just inside of both of our pontoons, on the rearmost crossmember. So as our pontoon comes in, we want this to be no more than 2" from the inside on both sides, it has something to guide along. It rides right along the PVC here. more

Today, we're going to take a quick look at the CE Smith keel roller for boat trailers. This is going to be that easy rolling point for your boat to roll up and for your keel to then rest whenever you're transporting.This is going to be made of a durable polyvinyl chloride or PVC construction. This is going to be a lot better than your traditional rubber rollers since it's going to be more durable, and it's not going to leave any scuffs or marks on your boat hull, but it's also got a little bit of give so it provides some road shock absorption while you're transporting your boat. So, whenever you go over potholes and bumps on the road, this'll provide a little bit of that shock absorption.The other advantage that it has is that over traditional rubber is that it won't crack or crumble. A lot of times rubber can dry out and then just become sort of brittle and crumble away. These are going to last a lot longer than that, and they work great for marine applications and fresh water or salt water. more

Today we'll be taking a look at the CE Smith Bow Roller Assembly with Bells for a 3" wide bracket. This is going to help you load and unload your boat onto your trailer. Your boat bow is going to rest on this and kind of raise up on that roller. This is made of a PVC or polyvinyl chloride construction, so it's going to be a very durable material, but it still has enough give to provide a little road shock for our boat, so we don't have to worry about getting a rough ride or causing any damage to our boat as we go over bumpy road.Also, the other advantage with this as opposed to traditional rubber, a lot of times with that traditional rubber construction we'll get some marring, some scratches, or maybe some scuffs on our boat surface. With this, it's pliable enough that it's not going to leave any of those marks on our boat surface, and it's also going to work really well for saltwater and fresh water applications. There's no worries about corrosion with this. more

It has these nice deep indentions that are going to guide your boat back to center as it rolls onto your trailer. Those indentions go from this outer edge into the center so we know we'll get our boat centered up as we load it up there or unload it.There's a little arrow indicating which side, or which direction to point this towards your vehicle. It makes a little easier there, so you can always remember how to load it up whenever you are installing it. Now these clamps enable you to mount inch and a half square tubing on the top or bottom of an I-beam on your boat trailer or boat lift. This is great for roller style or bunk style guide-ons. It can be mounted on the inside and outside of the I-beam for a snug fit and connection.So you can see here how you have your bolt hole at the bottom, so you pass through your hardware, get that all secured, take your inch and a half tubing, goes through this area here and up here we have like the clamp. So that fits on either side of the I-beam. It clamps as you tighten the hardware and provides a nice, tight, secure fit. more

Today, we're taking a look at the CE Smith Double U-Bolt Bolster Bracket. This bolster bracket lets you attach a swivel bracket for mounting a bunk board to your boat trailer. Two brackets are required per bunk board. Additional bracket is sold separately.We're looking at an extra sturdy connection to the trailer frame, ensuring support for the bunk board. This bracket attaches with two U-bolts, as opposed to a standard bracket that attaches with one U-bolt, so that's going to offer that extra sturdy connection. U-bolts are sold separately and available at Etrailer.com.These mounting slots permit as much as 3" of height adjustment during the installation. more

Today we're taking a look at the CE Smith Bolster Bracket. This bolster bracket lets you attach a swivel bracket for mounting a bunk board on your boat trailer. Two brackets are required per bunk board, an additional bracket is sold separately. The unit features the dimpled surface which helps prevent the bracket from sliding along the trailer frame and in the mounting slots per med as much as two and three quarter inches of height adjustment during the installation.The bracket installs vertically on your boat trailers' frame with a U-bolt, which is not included. It's a lightweight aluminum construction, it's rustproof and corrosion resistant, makes it great for fresh water and saltwater use. Speaker 1: Today we're going be taking a look at Yates Bow Roller for Boat Trailers, part number is YR300Y.Now for this assembly with the bells included, you'll want part number YR300Y-325Y.Now this replacement roller is designed to ease loading and unloading of your boat in its basic design, but it's made of a thermal plastic rubber. This rubber is designed to be much stronger than a standard rubber, and it's going to be softer than a polyurethane. With that material, we also won't have to worry about the roller causing any marks on our boat. It's designed to absorb road shock as we head down, so the stresses that our trailer experience won't be passed through to the boat.Now, just to give you an idea of the dimensions so you can ensure it's going to work for your application, the roller itself is going to be 3" wide, and it has a 3" diameter. The hole going through the middle is going to be 1/2", so it's going to work with any system that has a 3" requirement with a 1/2" bolt or pin.The first step in your installation process will be removing the existing roller if you have them on the front. You see here, our end rollers are in good shape still, but you can see that middle's really torn up. more

This is ideal for use with CE Smith double-U bolster brackets.You'll notice that it has three bolt holes which allow for a strong, sturdy connection to the actual bunk board, and it is a bolt on installation.
